Satron service
We focus our service operation’s for Satron made products.
If you intend to send equipment to our service, we kindly ask you to contact us by email at service@satron.nl and attach pictures and basic descriptions of the equipment. That way unnecessary returns of the equipment will be avoided and it will be easier to handle them.
Before sending the instrument to service, please fill in the service form and include it to the shipment. Please note that the form should be filled in also in a case of warranty repair.
If your company has other people involved in service cases for us, please let them know as well.
Huoltopalvelumme
Huoltopalvelumme palvelee Satronin valmistamien laitteiden huollossa. Mikäli olet lähettämässä meille laitteen huollettavaksi, olethan ystävällisesti meihin yhteydessä sähköpostitse service@satron.nl.
Pyydämme toimittamaan huollettavan laitteen tiedot ja kuvat etukäteen huoltoa varten, sekä täyttämään huoltolomakkeen, joka tulee lisätä myös lähetyksen mukaan. Huomioithan, että huoltolomake tulee täyttää myös takuukorjaukseen tulevasta laitteesta.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of our products, please contact us at support@satron.nl. In technical problems please send description of the problem and preferably type the serial number of the instrument and we will get back to you shortly.
